Erin Fryer is a Content Specialist on the University Web & Design team at William & Mary in Virginia. Her primary focus is writing and managing content on the university’s top-level webpages as well as social media content - livestreams in particular - for major university events like Commencement, Charter Day and Opening Convocation. She also trains offices and departments across campus to manage their own departmental websites, and offers guidance for web and social media managers on ways to improve the accessibility of their digital content.
